Manufacturing
We opened our first manufacturing site using some fairly basic yet unique equipment to complete our first real chemistry. Over the next decade we evolved to the greatest level of understanding of our processes. This level of understanding has allowed us to build equipment and systems specifically designed to make our chemistry the most suitable for the biopharm industry.

BioSpectra produces its buffers in dedicated operating cells with individual environmental controls and restricted access. Our Preventative Maintenance Program is extensive and encompasses every aspect of our operational systems. Our process controls and extensive cGMP training ensure that you are receiving the finest material ready for your bioreactor, every time.

Storage
Our new warehouse was designed around our high efficiency storage and distribution system. Our system provides clear separation of inventory from raw material through finished goods, with environmental controls and documented monitoring. BioSpectra has on-site storage for more than 500,000kg of materials to provide protection from supply interruption.
